Alaya Nada Community Membership Terms & Conditions

Our memberships are designed to support a regular rhythm of restoration, nervous system regulation, and wellbeing through consistent Sound Lounge experiences.

Membership Commitment

Memberships are intended to support the cumulative benefits of regular sound immersion and include an initial three month commitment period.

Following the initial three month commitment, memberships continue on a month to month basis and may be cancelled with a minimum of two weeks’ written notice.

Membership Payments

Membership fees are charged automatically via monthly direct debit on the agreed billing date.

It is the member’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for payment.

Session Allocation

Memberships include the number of sessions specified within the selected membership level.

Sessions are allocated monthly and are valid only within the current membership billing period.

Rescheduling Appointments

We understand that life can be unpredictable and are happy to reschedule appointments when sufficient notice is provided.

Sessions may be rescheduled within the current membership month, subject to availability.

Session Expiry

Unused membership sessions do not roll over into future months and are not redeemable for cash, credit, refunds, or alternative services.

To receive the full benefit of membership, members are encouraged to schedule and attend their sessions within each monthly cycle.

Cancellation of Appointments

Standard Alaya Nada cancellation policies apply to all membership bookings.

Where possible, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being forfeited.

Membership Pauses

Memberships may be paused in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Alaya Nada.

Requests must be submitted in writing and approved prior to the next billing cycle.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include:

• Reduced member pricing
• Priority booking access
• Early access to selected Group Immersions and special events
• Member only offers and promotions
• Access to the Alaya Nada Community

Benefits may evolve over time as the community grows.

Changes to Memberships

Alaya Nada reserves the right to update membership pricing, inclusions, or terms with reasonable notice to members.
