Cancellation & Booking Policy

At Alaya Nada, sessions are offered through a personalised booking process to help ensure each experience feels supportive, intentional and aligned with your individual needs.

As sessions are held within a private home sanctuary, and preparation is thoughtfully made for each client, your consideration and communication are deeply appreciated.

Booking Requests

Submitting a booking enquiry through the website does not automatically confirm a session.

Once your request is received, you will be contacted personally to:

• Discuss the session experience
• Answer any questions
• Arrange a suitable appointment time
• Confirm availability

A session is considered confirmed once a time has been mutually agreed upon.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time where possible to allow yourself space to settle into the experience.

Late arrival may reduce the length of your session in order to honour other scheduled appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.

As sessions are held within a private home sanctuary and time is thoughtfully prepared for each client, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Missed appointments or non-attendance without communication may be charged at the full session fee.

Of course, genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will always be met with understanding and care.

Wellbeing & Rescheduling

If you are feeling unwell or are unable to attend your session for any reason, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.

Your comfort, wellbeing and nervous system safety are always prioritised, and every effort will be made to support a gentle and respectful booking experience.
